REGISTER TO VOTE




Below is important information regarding voter registration in Pulaski County.

Eligibility to Register
You may register to vote if you meet the following criteria:

  - You are a United States citizen.
  - You are a resident of Missouri.
  - You are at least 17.5 years of age and will be 18 by Election Day.
  - You are not currently imprisoned, on probation, or on parole for a felony, and have not been convicted of a voting-related felony or misdemeanor.
  - You have not been declared incapacitated.

How to Register to Vote
You can register online by visiting the Missouri Secretary of State website, or you can complete a paper application using the following steps:

1.  Obtain a Form: Contact our office, download the Voter Registration Card (PDF)
Voter Registration Card, or pick up a form at the County Clerk's office in the Pulaski County Courthouse.

2.  Complete and Sign: Fill out the form entirely and ensure it is signed.

3.  Submit Your Form:

Updating Your Registration
You MUST update your voter registration if you move or change your name. The update process is identical to the initial registration process outlined above.



Registration Deadlines
To be eligible to vote in an upcoming election, you must register by the Election Day deadline or by the fourth Wednesday prior to the election, whichever is later. We strongly encourage you to register early.
